Due to occasional instances of prohibitively high access build costs, Africa INX may select to use Neotel to provide last mile fibre services into the Africa INX network. This solution would run from the client’s premises into the Neotel switching centre in Midrand, at which point it would be handed over to Africa INX.

Service levels for Neotel will be passed onto each client, depending on the service level selected.
